Wolfson BTR Hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Encanto Isla, a 214-unit Build-to-Rent Community in Orlando, Florida

ORLANDO, Fla., May 30, 2025 /BUSINESS WIRE/ --

Wolfson BTR, Florida’s first large-scale Build-to-Rent (BTR) developer, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 22, 2025, to celebrate the first completions of its Encanto Isla townhome community in Orlando, Florida.

In partnership with Paragon Group and General Contractor First Florida, Wolfson is proud to officially open the doors to the first of its 214 new BTR townhomes across two neighboring communities. Managed by Greystar and operating under its Summerwell brand, the two communities (Encanto and Isla) are separated by less than a mile and share common amenities.
