StableDry Services Further Expands Service Offerings and Geographic Reach Through Acquisitions

OCALA, Fla., LEXINGTON, Ky., & NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 04, 2025 /BUSINESS WIRE/ --

StableDry Services (“StableDry”), a portfolio company of Summit Park, is pleased to announce it has recapitalized Foundation Services of Central Florida (“FSCF”) and United Structural Systems Ltd (“USS Ltd”). These acquisitions expand StableDry’s operations into attractive, adjacent geographies and add new service capabilities.

Headquartered in Ocala, FL, FSCF is a provider of sinkhole remediation, foundation repair, and seawall repair services. The company has particular expertise in chemical grouting, soil stabilization, and sea wall repair, which are new capabilities for the StableDry platform. FSCF is a trusted partner to commercial and residential clients across central Florida.

Founded in 1995, USS Ltd is a provider of foundation repair and waterproofing services serving primarily residential homeowners. The business operates out of locations in the greater Lexington, KY and Charleston, WV areas. StableDry and USS Ltd have a decades’ long relationship and the acquisition expands StableDry’s core business into new geographies.

StableDry is a family of brands providing foundation repair, crawlspace repair, basement waterproofing, and related services to residential and commercial customers throughout the Southeastern United States. FSCF and USS Ltd represent the third and fourth acquisitions since Summit Park’s original investment in February 2023.

Craig Leyers, President and CEO of StableDry, added, “We are excited to welcome FSCF and USS Ltd to the StableDry family. We look forward to partnering with their teams to build upon the strong reputations they have established in their respective regions, and we value their expertise and dedication to consistent, high-quality work on behalf of their customers.”

Stephen Stites, Principal at Summit Park, said, “These two acquisitions represent the continued successful execution of StableDry’s acquisition strategy, adding attractive new geographies and capabilities to the platform. Summit Park looks forward to continuing to support the StableDry team in building a best-in-class, super regional business with unwavering commitment to its customers and employees.”
